In our contact forms and download forms we collect Identity data for you such as your name, email address, phone number and the message or enquiry you wish to send us.

We, Simon Miller Architects, are collecting the information in order to reply to your enquiry and/or to send you the information you have requested in the form of a download.

We’ll use the data you’ve sent us to reply to you, send you related information and follow up to make sure you’ve received the information. We may also contact you to see if we can help or to see if you have any questions.

We’ll also send you related information about the services you’re interested in and you may see reminder messages about our services on Google, Facebook and Instagram (but only if you use or have an account with those services and are allowing their advertisements to be shown on your device).

The information you provide in our contact and download forms is seen by our staff and can be accessed by a restricted selection of third parties. We store your data in GDPR compliant password protected third party software, mainly our Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) and our Email Marketing System (MailChimp).

If you choose to enter into an agreement with us for a quotation or engage our services then we are required by law to securely hold your data for a minimum of 6 years.
